What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. For jute products, typical MOQ is 500-1000 pieces. For handloom sarees, MOQ starts from 10-25 pieces. We can discuss flexible MOQ for long-term partnerships.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept the following payment methods:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% advance, 70% against shipping documents
- L/C (Letter of Credit) - Sight or Usance LC from reputed banks
- Western Union / PayPal for sample orders
How long is the production lead time?
Standard lead time is 15-30 days from order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Lead time depends on order quantity and product complexity. Express production available with additional charges for urgent orders.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples. Sample cost is charged (refundable on bulk order). Shipping cost borne by buyer. Samples shipped within 3-5 business days via courier (DHL, FedEx).
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer multiple shipping options:
- Sea Freight: Most economical for bulk orders (20-45 days)
- Air Freight: Fast delivery for urgent shipments (5-10 days)
- Courier: For samples and small orders (3-7 days)
How do you handle customs and import duties?
We provide all necessary export documentation. Import duties and customs clearance at destination are buyer's responsibility (unless DDP terms). We can recommend customs brokers in your country and provide HS codes for duty calculation.
Can you customize products with our branding?
Yes! We offer custom branding, labels, packaging, and product modifications for bulk orders. Setup charges may apply. Share your requirements for detailed quotation.
What quality certifications do your products have?
Our products meet international quality standards. We provide:
- Quality inspection certificates
- Material composition certificates
- Authenticity certificates (for GI-tagged sarees)
- Third-party inspection reports (on request)
What if there's a quality issue?
We stand behind our products. If there's a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we'll work with you to resolve it. Pre-shipment inspection by third party is welcome. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
