Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BlueOak Trade website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services
BlueOak Trade provides export services for handloom sarees and jute products. All transactions are subject to our acceptance and product availability.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Minimum order quantities apply as specified for each product
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon for each order. Standard terms require 30% advance payment with balance against shipping documents.
Shipping and Delivery
- Lead times are estimates and may vary
- Risk and title pass to buyer as per agreed Incoterm
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of export orders, returns are generally not accepted. Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Limitation of Liability
BlueOak Trade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
